1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the neajee platform, accessible at neajee.net and through any associated mobile-optimised web interfaces. neajee operates as an English-language online sports betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and all natural-language content is provided in English.

By creating an account on neajee, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and neajee. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific provision in the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly states otherwise.

neajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, neajee will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least five (5) calendar days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

neajee operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL-encrypted infrastructure and fair-play certified game providers. neajee does not make representations about specific regulatory licences in connection with its Bangladesh-market operations, and players should not infer any specific regulatory approval from the content of this website.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of neajee is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. neajee is an adult-only platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is permitted under applicable local law at the time you access the platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or conducting financial transactions on neajee.
• You are not a professionally registered athlete, referee, official, or club employee in a sport or competition on which neajee offers betting markets, where placing bets on your own sport constitutes a conflict of interest or is prohibited by your governing body.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion on neajee or any other gambling platform where such exclusion has been communicated to neajee.

Age Verification Process

neajee operates a strict Know Your Customer ( KYC) process. All players are required to verify their age and identity before making a first withdrawal, and neajee reserves the right to request verification at any point during a player's use of the platform. Accepted identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Documents must be current, legible, and issued by a recognised authority.

Where age or identity cannot be verified to neajee's satisfaction, neajee reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawal requests, and void any bets placed during the unverified period. Any deposits made during an unverified period will be returned to the original payment method used, minus any transaction fees incurred. neajee takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and will act decisively when verification fails or is refused.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on neajee at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, neajee will close all but the original account, void any bonuses obtained via duplicate accounts, and may withhold associated balances pending investigation.

Registration Requirements

When registering a neajee account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or contact details belonging to another person.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. neajee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact neajee support immediately so that your account can be suspended while an investigation is conducted.

Account Security

neajee strongly recommends that all registered players enable any additional account security features made available on the platform, including two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered. Players should use a strong, unique password for their neajee account and should not reuse passwords from other online services. neajee will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access neajee are reasonably secure. neajee recommends avoiding the use of shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks when accessing your account or conducting financial transactions on the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on neajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). neajee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available at neajee's discretion and will be listed in the cashier section of the platform when active.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on neajee is ৳200. There is no currency conversion on BDT deposits — the amount you initiate via your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account is the amount credited to your neajee balance. Deposits via mobile wallets are typically credited instantly. In rare cases, processing delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to network conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance after 60 minutes, you should contact neajee support with your transaction reference number.

neajee does not accept deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in the depositing player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, neajee reserves the right to return the deposit and suspend the player account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the neajee account holder. neajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for card withdrawals.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, neajee requires the player's account to have completed KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed, withdrawal requests will be held pending the receipt and approval of the required identity documents. neajee may also request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's historical deposit pattern.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on neajee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each market or game lobby on the platform. In the event of any ambiguity between these general Terms and the specific rules of a market or game, the specific rules will take precedence for that particular bet or game session.

Sports Betting

neajee offers pre-match and live betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), basketball, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are correct at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds as displayed at that moment — subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.

neajee reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: match abandonment, venue changes that materially alter the nature of the event, confirmed match-fixing or corruption, obvious pricing errors, or where there is evidence of collusion or exploitation of system vulnerabilities by the bettor. Voided bets are returned as a stake refund to the player's account balance.

Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an in-play event at neajee's discretion, including during stoppages, video reviews, or where real-time data feeds are interrupted. Bets already confirmed prior to a suspension are unaffected; bets not yet confirmed at the point of suspension are cancelled and the stake is returned.

Casino Games

All casino games available on neajee — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness by recognised auditing bodies. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and RNG games are displayed within the respective game information panels.

Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These providers operate under their own terms of service in addition to neajee's platform rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, neajee will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of any in-progress game round using server-side logs. Where a determination cannot be made with certainty, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

neajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Players are strongly encouraged to read the full terms of any bonus before opting in. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted its specific terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified neajee account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount and/or deposit), an eligible game contribution percentage, and an expiry period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering scenarios. Bonus funds are only used once the real-money balance has been exhausted.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are converted to real-money balance only once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• neajee reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, or collusion between players.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. neajee will provide reasonable notice of material changes to ongoing promotions where operationally possible.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

neajee runs promotional campaigns tied to Bangladesh's sporting calendar and cultural events, including BPL season, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These campaigns are governed by their own specific terms and conditions, published on the relevant promotion page at the time the campaign is live. General bonus conditions apply to seasonal promotions unless expressly overridden by the specific campaign terms.

7 User Obligations

As a registered player on neajee, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or financial transactions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software agents, or any other automated means to interact with the neajee platform, including but not limited to automated bet placement, odds harvesting, or account creation.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of an identified system error may be voided. Players who discover a technical error are obligated to report it to neajee support rather than exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, third parties, or neajee employees.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the neajee platform. neajee operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing neajee staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where you have been informed of this restriction by neajee.

neajee reserves the right to investigate any account where suspicious activity is identified, and to suspend the account during the investigation period. Where a breach of these obligations is confirmed, neajee's remedies include permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where the conduct involves criminal activity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Players who wish to close their neajee account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding wagering obligations attached to active bonuses.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is no longer within their control may request a self-exclusion, which closes the account for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications from neajee to the player's registered contact details are suppressed. neajee-Initiated Closure or Suspension

neajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its discretion where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation; (b) the player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and the balance is zero; (c) neajee is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a competent authority; or (d) the player has requested self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed by neajee due to a confirmed terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. neajee will provide written notice to the player's registered email address in all cases of account closure, with the exception of closures related to suspected criminal activity, where notice may be delayed to preserve the integrity of an investigation.
